We, Peart Plumbing, subcontractor for Above mentioned, do hereby warrant that all labor and materials furnished and work performed in conjunction with the above-referenced project are in accordance with the Contract Documents and authorized modifications thereto, and will be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship from Peart Plumbing employee's and not tampered with by others. 1-year warranty begins from the date of finish bill. Freezing pipes due to cold are not covered under warranty, along with clogs. Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper material, workmanship or arrangement, and was not tampered with by others than Peart Plumbing employees', the same will, upon written notice by the Owner, be made good by the undersigned be covered under warranty for 1 -year. Reminder hoses need to be disconnected in winter months from outside hose bibs. Disposals should not be used as a garbage can. Put all potato peelings, excess meat, tampons pads, diapers, baby wipes in garbage cans, these items could clog your plumbing. We do not ever recommend Drain-O it could harm your plumbing.
